100km del Passatore

When attending the Dead Runners Society World Conference in Torino, do not miss the opportunity to participate in the oldest ultramarathon in Italy, the "100km del Passatore". The event connecting Tuscany's Renaissance cradle, Firenze, with the world's ceramic capital, Faenza, in Romagna, starts on a Saturday afternoon to run across the Apennines dividing the two regions. It is a magical race, especially when the dark falls, with all the small mountain towns all lit up to welcome the centisti all night long. A truly unforgettable experience for any runner.
