If this is your first time in Italy, how can you not visit Roma after attending the Dead Runners Society World Conference? And how can you not run in Roma to experience the city by feet? If you are afraid of getting lost, or simply you do not want to miss the best spots of the Italian capital, SightJogging is a touristic guide service for runners by runners, and - you guessed right - tours consist in short runs across the Immortal City.

SightJogging is a new, entertaining and... certainly "quicker" way of visiting Rome. It is sightseeing and jogging together, that offers "running" visits to the Rome, an amusing and different way of combining tourism and sport. Wear your sneakers, pick a route, choose a language. A trainer will jog with you through an incredible adventure. Rome's history, its incredible artistic richness, its green spaces, all become a fitness opportunity. A team of highly-experienced trainers, speaking different languages, will be your "running Cicerones". They meet and take back clients directly at hotels or at sites otherwise convened upon. They make programs and running pace according to people's age and fitness level and during the run they give cultural information, legends and curiosities about the sites they run by. Clients can choose both route and language. At the moment, SightJogging offers ten available routes plus one route dedicated to differently abled athletes. Heart-rate monitors are lent to clients for their own safety. Reservations are to be made at least 24 hours in advance. On demand and with a 48 hours notice, a security service is also available. Runs are meant for 1 to 5 people at a time, and prices vary according to number of people. These are the special prices for participants to the Dead Runners Society World Conference: 1 person 56,00 Euro instead of 70,00 Euro; 2 persons 80,00 Euro instead of 100,00; 3 persons 96,00 Euro instead of 120,00; 4 persons 112,00 Euro instead of 140,00; 5 persons 120,00 Euro instead of 150,00 Euro (VAT tax excluded).
